We review your request

We shortlist suitable tutors
We match against our pool of vetted tutors based on subject expertise, level experience, availability and location (for in-person). We aim to reply within one working day.
You choose and schedule
We share the shortlist with brief tutor profiles. You pick who you would like to meet and arrange a first session. There is no obligation — if none are suitable, say so and we will look again.
Trial session and feedback
The first session is a chance to see how the tutor and student work together. We collect feedback afterwards so you have a natural checkpoint to continue or ask for a different tutor.
Ongoing AI + human support
Once matched, the AI tutor is available in between sessions for daily practice and instant help. Your human tutor sets a plan, marks open-ended work and keeps the student on track.

Is there really no agency fee to parents?
Correct. HomeAiTutor charges the tutor a platform fee, not the parent. You pay the tutor directly for sessions you book at a rate agreed between you and the tutor — no hidden placement fee on top.
What if the tutor we are matched with is not a good fit?
Tell us and we will rematch you. A good fit matters more than a quick placement. There is no fee to request a new match.
Can we request a tutor for online or in-person sessions?
Both are available. Indicate your preference in the form and we will match accordingly. Online tutors can typically be arranged faster as geography is not a constraint.
How soon can we start?
The AI tutor is available immediately after sign-up. For a human tutor, we aim to reply with a shortlist within one working day. First sessions can often be arranged within the same week.
